A 5-week reformer Pilates course designed to help you feel confident, safe, and at home on the reformer. Step by step, in a small, supportive group, you’ll learn the machine, connect with your body, and feel the benefits in posture, strength, and overall wellbeing.

5-Week Overview – What You’ll Learn
• Week 1 – Meet the Reformer: Safety, confidence, and basic positions. Begin to feel comfortable with the machine and your body in motion.
• Week 2 – Foundations & Control: Core connection, breath, alignment, and mindful movement. Start noticing how your body responds and lengthens.
• Week 3 – Building Strength & Flow: Integrating upper and lower body, smooth transitions, and full-body sequences. Feel stronger, more coordinated, and more aware of your movement.
• Week 4 – Variations & Personalisation: Adjusting exercises to your body, exploring challenges, and understanding cues. Learn how to adapt and work with your unique body.
• Week 5 – Ready for Regular Classes: Class-style flow with confidence, repetition of key exercises, and self-awareness. Experience strength, tone, and improved posture.
