Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming HYROX race, getting ready for HYROX Oslo, or simply looking to start your HYROX journey, this 4-week progressive bootcamp is designed to help you train with purpose and confidence.

Unlike our regular HYROX classes, this is a complete coaching program. Each week builds on the previous one, allowing you to progressively develop your strength, endurance, running, technique, and race strategy while learning why you train the way you do. You’ll also receive guidance on recovery, nutrition, mindset, and race preparation from coaches who are specialists in their field.

Even if you’re already attending our weekly HYROX classes, this bootcamp offers a unique opportunity to follow a structured progression, benchmark your performance, receive more individual coaching, and experience race-specific sessions that prepare you for your next HYROX event.

Throughout the bootcamp you’ll:

✔ Progressive strength & HYROX skills training
✔ Running technique, pacing & compromised running
✔ Race strategy & transitions
✔ Recovery, nutrition & performance tips
✔ Performance testing to track your progress
✔ A final HYROX simulation to put everything together
